Refunds or exchanges for unused products are accepted within 30 days of purchase, less the original shipping cost. Custom products are not refundable. Products must be returned in their original shipping boxes, including all original padding materials. Items damaged during return shipping may only qualify for a partial refund.

We strive to ensure your gear arrives before your trip - let us know if you have a trip coming up soon and we can usually expedite your order. Standard handling plus shipping time can take up to two weeks.

Shipping quotes are exclusively for continental US addresses. Please contact us for a shipping quote outside of the continental US.
